Return & Cancelation Policy
- Q. I bought something from your website, can I return it and get a REFUND or EXCHANGE?
- A. Yes, you can request a refund or exchange for all regular stock
merchandise that is returned with in 30 days. After 30 days,
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns
or exchanges.
- NOTE: CorrugatedPlastics.Net will not refund any shipping costs to or from
CorrugatedPlastics.Net, its affiliates or parent company, on any returns or
exchanges.
- NOTE: All orders that are paid through; PayPal, Credit Cards or eChecks,
and are canceled are subject to be charged for all transaction fees
charged to CorrugatedPlastics.Net, its Parent and affiliate Companies.
A copy of any transaction fee for payments or refunds can be requested.
- NOTE: Customers are responsible for All SHIPPING CHARGES on orders that are
shipped out and return to CorrugatedPlastics.Net. Special orders, custom
products or close out specials, cannot be returned do to the unique
nature of the order.
- NOTE: CUSTOM ORDERS, such as special sizes or color, custom types of
corrugated plastic sheets, CAN NOT BE CANCELED or RETURNED, once the order is placed.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will start working on your order immediately, and can not resell
or reuse special or custom corrugated plastic sheets. Please talk to your sales
representative about all custom orders.
- Q. What happens if I cancel My Order?
- A. CorrugatedPlastics.Net takes every step we can to make sure that
every one of our customers receive the correct item(s) that were
ordered in a timely maner. However, sometimes our customers do
need to cancel an order. If an order is canceled we have set up
the following as a guidline for our cancelation policy: (Fees and terms
for cancelations depend on our customers as to how quickly they
inform us of a cancelation).
- If you placed an order, and immeditaly tell us (as in the same day)
to cancel it, we will. There would be no charges or fees, as long as we
are notified before your credit card is proccessed.
- If you placed an order, and wait more the 24 hours to inform us
to cancel it, and we have already processed your credit card, we
will cancel your order and refund your credit card minus the transaction
fees.
- If you placed an order, and wait more the 24, and we have processed
your credit card, and have shipped out your items, we will wait for you
to return the items back to us. We will then refund your credit card, minus
the processing & shipping fees.
- 98% of all orders are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days.
to cancel an order, you would have to inform us as soon as possible to avoid
any processing or shipping fees.
- NOTE: CUSTOM ORDERS, such as special sizes or color, custom types of corrugated plastic sheets,

- Q. Are there items on your website or that you sell that I CANNOT RETURN??
- A. Yes.CorrugatedPlastics.Net sells some custom cut sheets that can not be returned.
Here is a list of items that we can not except back, once they are
purchased and shipped.
- Custom Size Corrugated Plastic Rolls
- Custom Size Plastic Corrugated Sheets
- All of our Weekly Specials and Close Out items.
- Any over-night or specially shipped orders.
- All Custom Orders
- Any Item That was Used
- Usually items on our No Return list are custom made for a special order.
We can not return custom made items, or resell them.
- Important Shipping Note: CorrugatedPlastics.Net will do everything
in it ability to make sure that your items are shipped out on time and arrive at
your location, in a timely manner, undamaged and on time. However, CorrugatedPlastics.Net, its
affiliates and parent company DOES NOT OWN ANY FREIGHT OR TRUCKING COMPANY. All
shipments are sent via a 3rd party carrier service, freight company or trucking
company. Once an item, package or skid is picked up from one of our locations and
leaves our facilities, your items are now in the possession and responsibility of a
3rd party freight or trucking company. CorrugatedPlastics.Net will try it's best
to give accurate shipping details and delivery times, however, all we can do is
give the information that is given to us from our carriers and freight companies.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net WILL NOT GUARANTEE the delivery of any over-night, or
special requests for rush shipments that go via motor freight or trucking companies.
Even though, about 98.9% of all freight deliveries arrive on time without any
problems, things do happen, which are out of the control of CorrugatedPlastics.Net.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will not be held responsible for any shipments that go by
UPS, FedEX, USPS, Motor Freight or trucking company that are not delivered on time.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will work diligently to make sure that your shipments are
sent out on time, and arrive on time. However, if a shipment does arrive late, or
damage or has any problems, CorrugatedPlastics.Net will work with our customers
to make sure that the items they ordered will arrive at their location as soon as
possible.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net DOES NOT GIVE OUT FREE SHIPPING. If there is a problem
with an order or shipment, that is not the fault of CorrugatedPlastics.Net, but
rather that of a 3rd party carrier service, freight or truck company and we are
charged for the shipping fees, we still need to pass those charges onto our customers.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will work to the best of our ability to get any type of
discounts on shipments when possible and pass the savings to our customers for
shipments that have had problems. CorrugatedPlastics.Net will work with our
customer's to file any claims or complaints with any carrier or freight company.
All carriers and freight companies, work for you as well as CorrugatedPlastics.Net.
CorrugatedPlastics.Net will not be held responsible for any actions, representatives,
services or guarantees from 3rd party freight or shipping companies. All claims
and complaints MUST BE MADE TO THE CARRIER, not to CorrugatedPlastics.Net.
